Logging into the hosting admin dashboard
- Access the Login Page:
- Navigate to the hosting admin dashboard by following the link below.
https://login.konsoleh.co.za/cas/login
- Enter your credentials:
- For Domain Level Access:
- Username: Input the domain name (e.g., example.co.za, without “www”).
- Password: Use the FTP password, which may need to be set first if it’s a new domain.
- For Domain Level Access:
Adding an Email Address
- Navigate to Email Management:
- Once logged in, locate the Mail > Manage accounts section in the admin dashboard.
- Create New Mailbox:
- Look for the New Mailbox button.
- Click on it to start creating a new email address.
- Fill in Email Details:
- Enter the desired email address and set a secure password for the mailbox.
- Save Changes:
- After entering all necessary information, ensure you save the changes to create the email address successfully.
- Accessing the Email:
- You can access the newly created email address via Webmail or configure it in your preferred email client using the provided settings.
